Format �G In the preliminary round, a single round robin system on group basis will be adopted for Group A and B. Each group will consist of 4 teams. A single round robin system on group basis will be applied to matches among quarter-final for Group A and B. Each Group will consist of 4 teams. Single knock-out system will be applied to matches among division�� champion and the 1ST runner up.
For Group C, a single round robin system on group basis will be adopted. Each group will consist of 4 teams. Single knock-out system will be applied to matches among division��s champion.
(The Organiser reserves the right to change the format of competition for each event in consideration of the enrollment situation.)

Grouping for the preliminary matches will be decided through lots drawing by the Organiser.
(3) �C�����ɮɶ������Q�����A�W�B�U�b���U�G�Q�������A�����𮧤Q�����C
Each match will last for 50 minutes, 25 minutes for the first half, and 25 minutes for the second half, with 10 minutes rest in between.

In the single knock-out system matches, a winning team must be identified for each game. If the game ends in a draw, an extra 15 minutes will be added. Should the tiescore persist, each team shall send five players to serve the penalty kicks. If they are level, ��Sudden death�� will be adopted in the situation of draw and tie.

Not more than 5 players include goalkeeper may be substituted during a match. Players who have been replaced will not be allowed to re-enter the match.

Point Scoring System �G In the single round robin system matches, the winner will gain 3 points, the loser gains no point. If the match ends in a draw; each teams will gain 1 point.

If two or more teams score the same points in the single round robin system matches, the positions will be determined by goal difference of all matches (calculated by subtracting goals conceded from goals scored.). If the goal differences are equal, the team which scores more goals will be placed in the higher position. If the number of goals scored are equal, the winner will be the win side of their match. If the match ends in a draw, the positions will be determined by drawing lots.

Rules �G Unless explicitly stated in this prospectus, all rules and regulations will follow those used by the Hong Kong Football Association Ltd.

Notes to Staff/Players �G Successfully enrolled organisations should make crossed cheque payable to ��the Government of HKSAR��in person or by mail to the Major Events Section of Leisure and Cultural Services Department on or before 25 August 2005. They should also submit the particulars of participants and declaration of responsibility to this section (Address: 2/F, Leisure and Cultural Services Headquarters, 1-3 Pai Tau Street, Sha Tin, Hong Kong, Fax: 2634 0786) on or before 25 August 2005.

Each team can submit a list of one team leader / coach and 28 players.

The team leaders / coaches of both teams should duly complete and submit the lists of participating players together with the players�� identity documents to the organiser for verification 15 minutes before the commencement of the match. Participant(s) who fail to produce valid identity documents will not be permitted for playing.

Change of team members is not allowed once the first match of the competition has been completed. In case of resignation or injury of any team member, application for change of team members will only be considered on a case by case basis provided that the application is made in a written form and attached with the medical certificate(s) of the injured person(s).

Waiving of Rights �G If a team withdraws form one match under the grouped single round robin system, it can still participate in other unfinished matches. Scores for withdrawer will be 0:2. For the matches use the single knock-out system, withdrawers will be disqualified from the match.
(2) �U�y���βy�������̷Ӥj�|�s�w���ɶ��X�����ɡA�}�ɫ�������������X���@�ɩΦC���y������7�H�̡A�@�۰ʱ��v�סA�çP���ɶ��ӤG��s�C
Each participant/team should turn up on the scheduled time for competition. Any team that fails to turn up 5 minutes after the official commencement time or dispatches less than 7 participating players will be regarded as withdrawal from the competition and will lose the game by 0-2.

Penalty �G If any participant is discovered that he/she is not the *employee of the organisation during the competition, the results achieved by the organisation in that particular competition would be cancelled. If the organisation breaches the same regulation more than once, the organisation will be disqualified from taking part in this year��s Corporate Games and all the entry fee would not be refunded.

Any participant/team who violates the regulations or has any misconduct which might affect the competition, the Organiser has the right to disqualify him/her/the team from the competition and the results he/she/the team achieves will be cancelled.
(3) �j�|���v�����Y���dzW�̪��X�ɸ��C
The Organiser has the right to disqualify player who has committed a serious breach of regulations from participating in the competition.
(4) ���ɪ̨����Pĵ�i�̡A������h�X���ɥ~�A�U���@�۰ʰ��ɤ@���C
Any participant shown a red card will be sent off the field of play immediately and be suspended from the next match automatically.

A participant who has accumulated two cautions in the competition will be suspended from next match automatically.

Awards �G Prizes will be awarded to the Champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up and 3rd runner-up for each group.

Referee �G Experienced referees will be invited to render referee services.

�G If typhoon signal no. 8 or above or a rainstorm red / black warning is issued two hours before the first match scheduled, all matches on that day will be cancelled and re-scheduled.

The Organiser reserves the right to make postponement of competition or any alternative arrangements under special circumstances. Should anything unforeseeable happen during the competition, the referee on the spot or the organiser will decide whether to continue the competition or not and the players shall not raise objection.

No application for changing the date of competition from participating teams is accepted.

Appeal �G No appeal will be accepted, the decisions of the referees on the spot will be final.

Team Leaders Meeting |

The meeting will be held on 6 September 2005 (Tuesday) at 7:30pm at Sha Tin Jockey Club Public Squash Court. Team leaders of participating teams should attend or send a delegate to the meeting. As the fixture draw will be held at the meeting, those teams failing to send delegates will be represented by our staff in the draw and must fully accept the result. |

Equipment �G Player must wear approved sportswears with number, stockings, shinguards and footwear.

Player shall not wear spectacles or anything which is dangerous to other players.

Shinguards which must be covered entirely by the stockings, shall be made of rubber, plastic or similar substance and shall afford a reasonable degree of protection.

The goalkeeper should wear colours which easily distinguish him/her from the other players and from the referee.

Each team is required to prepare 2 sets of different colours sports uniforms with number. Decision on team changing uniform is made by drawing lots if uniform colours clash.

Remarks �G The definition of ��Employee�� �� An employee who has been working in Hong Kong continuously for the same employer for four weeks or more, for at least 18 hours in each of the four weeks and who is still being employed by the same organisation during the competition period.

Each participant should be aged 15 or above and can only represent one organisation. Participant may represent another organisation provided that he/she had resigned from the previous organisation and has been working continuously for the current employer for not less than four weeks, prior to the first game of the competition for at least 18 hours in each of the four weeks and is still being employed by the organisation during the competition.
(3) �j�|�i�n�D���ɾ��c�����ҩ����A�ҩ����ɪ̧��ݨ乵���C
Employers may be required to produce relevant documents to prove the identity of their employees.

If there is any inadequacy in these regulations, the Organiser reserves the right for appropriate amendments.
